Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MysticFlo Technologies (operating as "MystFlo") governing your use of the MystFlo platform, including our website, services, Chrome extension, and related software (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service description

MystFlo is a virtual assistants platform that provides:

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

3. User accounts and responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, be at least 18 years old, and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, comply with all applicable laws, and not interfere with or disrupt the Service.

4. Payment and billing

Payment method required

You must add a valid payment method before activating any assistants.

Pay-per-run pricing

MystFlo uses utility-based pay-as-you-go pricing. Each assistant run has a specified price displayed before activation. All pricing is shown upfront.

Monthly billing

Usage is aggregated monthly and charged automatically at the end of each billing cycle via Stripe. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

Price changes

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Refunds

All charges are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for billing errors. Contact support@mystflo.com for billing inquiries.

5. Assistant execution and liability

When you activate an assistant, you authorize MystFlo to execute workflows using your connected credentials. You are responsible for all actions taken by assistants. AI agent behavior may vary and is not guaranteed to be error-free.

MystFlo is not liable for losses, damages, or consequences resulting from assistant execution, including financial losses, data loss, business interruption, or third-party terms violations. Test assistants before production use.

6. Credential storage

All credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage with Row Level Security for multi-tenant isolation. Credentials are decrypted only server-side for assistant execution and are never shared with other users. You can disconnect and revoke credentials at any time.

7. Third-party integrations

You are responsible for complying with all third-party terms of service. MystFlo is not responsible for third-party service outages, API changes, or discontinuation.

8. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, spam or harass others, or engage in fraudulent activity. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

9. Intellectual property

The Service and all related content is owned by MysticFlo Technologies. You retain ownership of your content and data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data solely for providing the Service.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, active assistants are stopped and data is deleted per our retention policy.

11. Disclaimers and limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MysticFlo Technologies from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or actions taken by assistants using your credentials.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes involving claims of $10,000 USD or less may be brought in local small claims court. All other disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kuala Lumpur under the Arbitration Act 2005.

You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Contact

General provisions

If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. You may not assign your account without consent. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive it.

By using MystFlo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
